Nikki Jackson-Green is the visionary Founder and Executive Director of Unique Family Services (UFS), established in 2012 to uplift and empower youth and families across Chicagoland.

 

Rooted in a passion for meaningful service, she created UFS to provide essential resources that support educational success, career readiness, personal development, and strong family connections.

With more than a decade of leadership experience in nonprofit operations and financial management, Nikki has guided UFS in developing impactful community programs that help youth discover their potential, build confidence, and progress toward brighter futures.

 

Her strategic leadership has strengthened community partnerships, expanded youth engagement initiatives, and increased access to support services for families in need.

Nikki holds a Master of Business Administration in Accounting and is pursuing her Doctoral PhD in Organizational Leadership, focusing on emotional intelligence and sustainable leadership practices. She applies her leadership knowledge directly to UFS’s mission, ensuring that every program is built on compassion, empowerment, and long-term success.

Motivated by her own life experiences and deep community roots, Nikki believes that when we invest in our youth, we are investing in a stronger tomorrow. Through UFS, she remains dedicated to helping children and families feel seen, supported, and capable of achieving greatness one family at a time.
