Meet Our Founder: Nikki Jackson-Green

Nonprofit Founder | Financial Empowerment Leader | Community Advocate | Organizational Leadership Scholar

Nikki Jackson-Green is the Founder and President of Unique Family Services NFP (UFS), where she combines more than 20 years of accounting and finance experience with her passion for helping youth, young adults, and families build stronger financial futures.

Nikki founded UFS with the belief that financial education should begin early and extend beyond the classroom. Through UFS, she has developed hands-on programs that teach young people not only how money works, but how to use that knowledge to make confident decisions, prepare for their futures, and create opportunities.

She created UFS’s three-tier financial empowerment pathway: Unique Little Savers™, serving children ages 5–12; Unique Money Movers™, serving teens ages 13–17; and The Unique Way to Access Your Next Chapter™, designed for young adults ages 18–24. Together, these programs provide age-appropriate education in financial literacy, career readiness, life skills, goal setting, entrepreneurship, and financial decision-making.

Under Nikki’s leadership, UFS has served hundreds of youths and families while continuing to build partnerships with schools, childcare centers, community organizations, financial institutions, and other organizations that share its commitment to strengthening communities. Her vision is to expand UFS into communities across the country while maintaining the personal, practical approach that makes its programs unique.

In addition to her nonprofit leadership, Nikki has more than two decades of professional experience in accounting and financial operations and currently serves in a supervisory role at Rotary International. She holds an MBA in Accounting, is currently pursuing CPA licensure, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership.
